TWO GOVERNORS GET ADDITIONAL CHARGE

The President has been pleased to make the following appointments:

1.Shri Ram Naik, Governor of Uttar Pradesh, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Rajasthan, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Rajasthan are made vice Smt. Margaret Alva, who completes her tenure on 5.8.2014.

2.Shri Om Prakash Kohli, Governor of Gujarat, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Goa, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of GoaviceSmt. Margaret Alva, who completes her tenure on 5.8.2014.
