President’s Milad-un-nabi Greetings

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee in his message on the eve of Milad-un-Nabi, which is being observed tomorrow, has said: -

"On the auspicious occasion of Milad-un-Nabi, I extend my greetings and good wishes to all my fellow citizens in Indiaand abroad.

As we celebrate the birthday of the Holy Prophet, let us recall his life and ideals. May his teachings of universal love and compassion guide each one of us to live in fellowship, harmony and unity.

Let us resolve on this day to help the needy and work for the well-being of all”.
