President of India Presents Hindi Sevi Samman

<p>The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee presented the Hindi Sevi Samman for the years 2010 and 2011 today (August 27, 2014) at a function at Rashtrapati Bhavan.</p><p>Among the dignitaries present on the occasion were Smt.
