President of India Condoles the Passing Away of N Janardhana Reddy

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has condoled the passing away of Shri N. Janardhana Reddy, former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

In a condolence message to his wife, Smt. N. Rajyalakshmi, the President has said, "Shri Janardhana Reddy was an esteemed colleague and a dear friend for long years. A distinguished Parliamentarian and senior Congress leader, Shri Reddy served the nation in various capacities and made significant contribution towards the cause of the welfare and upliftment of the underprivileged. In his death, the nation has lost an eminent personality, whose long years in Parliament and public service as legislator, Minister and Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh will be always remembered”.
