The Indian Administrative Service Probationers of 2012 Batch Call on the President

A group of 171 Officers Trainees attending the IAS Professional course Phase –I for the 2012 Batch at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie called on the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee today (April 26, 2013) at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The group included three Officer Trainees from the Royal Bhutan Civil Services.

Addressing the Officer Trainees, the President stated that their job was to be ideal administrators and to give correct advice to the political executive. He advised them to remember that they were the chosen few for reconstructing the country and to contribute to the process of it’s socio-economic transformation. He wished them all success in their future endevours.

The group of Probationers is presently in New Delhi for attachment with Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training.
