The ‘Ceremonial Changing of the Guards’ Ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan will not be held on March 30, 2013 (Saturday) in view of the fact that the ceremony relating to the presentation of Silver Trumpet and Trumpet Banner by the President to the President’s Bodyguard will be held on that day.
