I am delighted to be here in the campus of Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University. I greet the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, professors, teachers and staff for their contribution in shaping young minds to contribute to the nation in multiple fields. The Universities have to play a vital role in transforming the students into leaders in various fields by imparting value based education. Hence today I have selected the topic of discussion as "Evolution of Higher Education with moral leadership".

Learning Mission

I am indeed delighted to inaugurate the National Children Science Festival - 2003 organised by Lucknow Public Schools. I am happy to note that thousands of school children from Lucknow, Hardoi, Lakhimpur Kheri, Gonda and adjoining places are participating in this event. My greetings to the student community and the organizers of this Science Festival. I was thinking what thoughts I can share with the young minds here.
