How Will India Advance in the Fields of Biotechnology and Cloning?

Biotechnology is an important area where a lot of activities are progressing both in Govt and Private Sectors. Nano biosciences is an emerging area. However, I am personally against human cloning. Human system is a result of millions and millions of years of genetic engineering by God. No one should tinker with it. However, we should develop that technology to enable organ repairs and replacements to alleviate human sufferings.
