System of collegium of Judges exists for the appointments of Judges for the High Court & Supreme Court. This system is being constantly reviewed so that transparency is brought about in its operation. Our Chief Justice is definitely making attempts to further improve the system. I am sending your suggestion to the Chief Justice of India.
