The ISRO is already an international level organization. Dr. Madhavan Nair the Chairman of the ISRO is already steering the organization to a new level, with the successful return of the satellite which went into space and returned successfully. This has proved our re-entry technology. In 2008 India shall be sending the Chandrayan spacecraft to the Moon and landing a payload.
