President of India Meets Children on Occasion of Raksha Bandhan

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil met a number of children at Rashtrapati Bhavan today, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. The children tied rakhis on her.
About 120 children met her on the occasion, from schools and social organizations not only from Delhi but also from Punjab, Haryana, Kerala, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh.
The children included those who are physically and mentally challenged.
