President Of India Greeted By People From Different Walks Of Life On The Occasion Of Diwali

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil was greeted by people from different walks of life at Rashtrapati Bhavan today, on the occasion of Diwali.
Senior citizens, students, persons with disabilities and those working for the upliftment of society were amongst some of the persons who greeted the President at the Mughal Gardens.
The Vice President of India, Shri M. Hamid Ansari called-up the President to greet her on the occasion. The Chief Minister of Delhi, Chief of the Army Staff and some members of Parliament were amongst those who called-on her.
