President of India Congratulates Junior Hockey Team for Winning the Asia Cup

TThe President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil has congratulated the Indian Junior Men's Hockey team for winning and thereby retaining the Junior Asia Cup title in Hyderabad yesterday.
Smt. Patil has said that the dramatic win in the final indicates that our youngsters have the ability to fight back in very tense situations and this augers well for the future of Indian Hockey.
She also had a word of special praise for Diwakar who scored the all important winning goal and who was also declared the Player of the Tournament as well as the coach Shri A.K. Bansal.
