President Of India Condoles Passing Away Of Veteran Filmmaker B.r. Chopra

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil has condoled the passing away of the veteran filmmaker, Shri B.R. Chopra.

In her condolence message, the President has said, " An acclaimed filmmaker, producer and director, Shri B.R. Chopra shall always be remembered for his great films and serials such as the one on the epic, the "Mahabharat" which became immensely popular. In his passing away, the nation has lost a creative personality and a legendary filmmaker."
