President Expresses Grief Over the Tragic Loss of Lives in a Bus Accident in J&k

The President has expressed her deep anguish over the tragic bus accident in which a number of persons lost their lives and some were injured when a bus fell into the Chenab River at Wardha Village in J&K. The President has conveyed her heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and prayed to the Almighty to give the bereaved families the strength to bear the irreparable loss.

In a condolence message addressed to Shri Gulam Nabi Azad, Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, the President has said, "I am sure the State Government is providing all possible help to the bereaved families who have lost their near and dear ones and is also providing medical facilities to those who have been injured".
