President Condoles Loss of Lives in Coastal Areas of Tamil Nadu by Cyclone Thane

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, in a message to the Governor of Tamil Nadu, has expressed her grief on the loss of lives and damage to the property in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu which were hit by cyclone Thane yesterday. The President has conveyed her condolences to the members of bereaved families and wished speedy recovery to the injured persons.
