President Appoints Shri Mukul Roy as Cabinet Minister

The President of India, as advised by the Prime Minister of India, has appointed Shri Mukul Roy, presently Minister of State for Shipping as a Cabinet Minister in the Union Council of Ministers and directed the allocation of the portfolio of Ministry of Railways to him.
The President administered the oath of office and secrecy to Shri Mukul Roy as Cabinet Minister in the Council of Ministers at a ceremony held in the Rashtrapati Bhavan, today.
