Governor Of Bihar Gets Additional Charge Of Jharkhand

The President of India has been pleased to appoint Shri R.L. Bhatia, Governor of Bihar, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Jharkhand, in addition to his own duties, during the absence of Shri Syed Sibtey Razi, Governor of Jharkhand.
