The Ceremonial Changing of Guards at Rashtrapati Bhavan, held on Saturdays, shall not take place tomorrow on August 13, 2011, due to the Full Dress Rehearsal of the Independence Day Function. Further, no visitors will be allowed to visit Rashtrapati Bhavan and the Mughal Gardens upto 1200 hrs tomorrow.
