The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil attended a Reception hosted on the occasion of Civil Services Day in New Delhi on April 21, 2012. The Reception hosted by the Cabinet Secretary, Shri Ajit Seth was attended by the Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh among others.
