President Pays Floral Tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee paid floral tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patelon occasion of his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (October 31, 2014).
On the occasion, the President also flagged off the ‘Run for Unity’ at the Forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan. Around 2000 residents and staff of Rashtrapati Bhavan, the President’s Body Guard, the Army Guard, ITBP and the Delhi Police participated in the Run.
