President of India’s Message on the Eve of National Day of Panama

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Republic of Panama on the eve of their National Day (November 3, 2015).

In his message to His Excellency Mr. Juan Carlos Varela Rodriguez, the President of the Republic of Panama, the President has said, "On behalf of the Government and the people of India and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to convey warm greetings and felicitations to you and to the people of Panama on the occasion of your National Day.

India and Panama have always enjoyed cordial bilateral relations. I am confident that our relations will expand and deepen further in the years ahead. The India-SICA Dialogue, to which India attaches high value, adds to the strengthening of our ties.

I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to further deepen our mutually beneficial cooperation in the years to come.
