President Of India Will Deliver Fourth Annual Foundation Day Lecture Organized By UPSC

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the 4th Foundation Day Lecture on ‘Governance and Public Service’ organized by Union Public Service Commission tomorrow (November 29, 2013) at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
The UPSC has commenced an Annual Lecture Series on "Governance and Public Service” since 2009 as part of its Foundation Day Celebrations.
