President of India Pays Floral Tributes to Former President Vv Giri on His Birth Anniversary

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee paid floral tributes to Shri Varhagiri Venkata Giri, former President of India on occasion of his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (August 10, 2016).
