Governor of Maharashtra and Governor of Gujarat Get Additional Charge of Governor of Tamil Nadu and Governor…

The President has been pleased to make the following appointments:-

(a) Shri Chennamaneni Vidyasagar Rao, Governor of Maharashtra to discharge the functions of the Governor of Tamil Nadu, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Tamil Nadu are made viceShri K. Rosaiah, who completed his tenure on 30 August, 2016.

(b)Shri Om Prakash Kohli, Governor of Gujarat to discharge the functions of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh are made viceShri Ram Naresh Yadav, who completes his tenure on 7.9.2016.
