It is true that the cost of higher education particularly professional education has been constantly going up. But the situation has slightly changed now since many professional colleges have come up and many seats are available. But even then the cost is not affordable for many. The Government in recent budget has made a provision for the banks to provide hassle free education loans for meritorious students up to five lakhs. This should enable the students to pursue a course of his choice.
